International Shipping Currently, we only offer shipping to the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the size and weight of our natural stone products.
Damages During Transit Your ZenLevitate lamp is carefully crated to prevent damage. However, stone is natural and can be fragile. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@zenlevitate.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will prioritize a replacement for you.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes ZenLevitate is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
