We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Natural Stone Characteristics Since our lamps are crafted from 100% natural travertine/marble, please note that unique veins, natural textures, small pores, and slight color variations are inherent characteristics of the natural stone. These are not considered defects and are part of the unique beauty of each piece.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at nmyhhzr@outlook.com

  • For Damaged Items: Clear photos and/or a short video of the damaged product AND the original packaging must be provided within 48 hours of delivery for us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Process To start a return, you must contact us first at nmyhhzr@outlook.com. Please Note: 1. Returns must be sent to the specific address provided by our support team. Do not send items back to the address on the shipping label without prior authorization. 2. Given the weight and nature of natural stone, international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
