1. How long does shipping take? We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. Given the handcrafted nature and the heavy weight of our solid stone lamps, we use specialized carriers to ensure safe transit. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 7-15 business days for delivery.
2. My lamp's texture looks slightly different from the picture. Is this normal? Absolutely! This is the beauty of our products. All ZenLevitate lamps are carved from 100% natural travertine or marble. Natural variations in color, veins, and small mineral pores are inherent characteristics of real stone. These are not defects, but rather proof that your lamp is a completely unique, one-of-a-kind piece.
3. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we exclusively ship to customers within the United States to ensure the highest quality of delivery service. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size and weight of our packages.
4. What should I do if my item arrives damaged? We pack our stone lamps with extreme care, but we understand that transit accidents can occasionally happen. If your lamp arrives damaged, please email us at support@zenlevitate.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos or a short video of both the damaged product and the outer packaging so we can quickly arrange a solution or replacement for you.
5. How do I initiate a return? We have a 30-day return policy. However, because international shipping for heavy stone items is costly, please contact us at support@zenlevitate.com first to get return authorization and the correct return address.
